The City of Canal Winchester is pleased to announce that gold record recording artists, The Cyrkle, will make a special appearance at the July 21st Music & Art in the Park summer concert series following headlining band The Gas Pump Jockeys.  The special performance will mark the band’s third appearance in fifty years.

The public is invited to gather at Stradley Place (located next to the city’s municipal building at 36 S. High St) to enjoy the concert, a cruise-in car show, and other family-friendly activities.

More about The Cyrkle: The Cyrkle was the only band from the United States to be managed by Brian Epstein, manager of The Beatles.  Under Epstein’s leadership, The Cyrkle scored six songs on the Billboard Hot 100, including two iconic hit songs “Red Rubber Ball (#2)” and “Turn Down Day (#16)”.  The Cyrkle opened for The Beatles on every stop of their final tour of the USA in 1966, including legendary concerts at Shea Stadium and Candlestick Park.  After recently entering into an exclusive booking agreement with Nashville-based booking agency, Buddy Lee Attractions (BLA), the Cyrkle will be touring the country once again and performing on classic rock cruises.
